TAFE NSW
Welcome back to Term 2!

2020 has seen a rockier road than usual so far with some areas of the country still in drought, bushfires, floods and now the implications of social distancing and working online.

Year 12 students will still study towards their HSC, Year 11 students may be deciding whether to continue their schooling or choose an apprenticeship or traineeship and Year 10 students will make decisions about their TVET options.

While the Career Advisor Days in Semester 1 and the Taste of TAFE events have been cancelled, TAFE NSW is coming up with ways to keep you informed to ensure you can continue to guide your students’ ambitions.
Featured in this edition:
Year13 Digital Careers Expo – 18 to 22 May 2020
HSC & Beyond Virtual Careers Expo - 27 to 31 May and 24 to 28 June 2020
Destinations Australia Scholarships – for Australian and international students
Online Parent Portal – does your school have one?

SCHOOL PARENT PORTAL
TAFE NSW
As we now move towards delivering our learning and education online, we must also respond to the needs of our parents. TAFE NSW would like to be able to provide your parents or caregivers with the necessary information to make an educated choice for their child’s post school study options.

We ask if you could complete this two minute questionnaire.
